Welcome to AdultPillows.com, operated by Ant Panda dba Adult Pillows ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By using the site or purchasing any of our custom body-shaped pillow products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. Eligibility & Age Restriction This site is strictly for users aged 18 and over. By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Some product content may include adult-themed materials intended for mature audiences only.

2. Custom Product Orders All of our pillows are made-to-order and often customized from user-submitted content. As such, sales are final except in cases of defect or error. You are responsible for ensuring the content you submit complies with copyright and image use rights (see Section 8).

3. Shipping & Discretion We ship all products in discreet packaging without external branding. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. International orders may be subject to duties, which are the buyer's responsibility.

4. Pricing & Availability Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any product at our discretion.

5. Account & Billing Information You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping info. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent, duplicated, or in breach of our terms.

6. Intellectual Property & Submissions By submitting any image or creative material (photos, videos, text), you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to use it. You you grant us a nonexclusive, universe-wide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable, sublicensable, perpetual, irrevocable license to reproduce, distribute copies of, prepare derivative works based upon, display, train artificial intelligence on, analyze for insights, share with third-party services and otherwise use and exploit image or creative material (photos, videos, text) for the purpose of providing your custom product, improving our services, enhancing user experience, conducting analytics, and promoting to you other products we believe will be of interest to you.

To fulfill your order, we may need to copy, modify, display, and transmit image or creative material (photos, videos, text), including distributing it when shipping your custom product. By granting the above license, you authorize us to perform these actions without any royalty or additional compensation.

Offensive, illegal, or prohibited content may be rejected or deleted (see Submission Policy).

7. User Conduct You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, submit harmful or misleading content, or attempt to interfere with site security. We reserve the right to block or terminate access for any violation.

8. Limitation of Liability All products and services are provided "as is" without warranty unless stated otherwise. We are not responsible for loss of use, data, or damages caused by your use of the site or our products.
